Can I get my DUI classes reinstated?

I was convicted of a DUI in November of 2009. I have paid off all of the fines. But I still have to complete some of the classes. How do I get the classes reinstated?

By doing so with the school. If they say they cant without a court order, then you will have to return to court to seek an amended probation order. If you wish to have counsel help you in this, feel free to contact me.

You may have a warrant for your arrest if you have not shown proof of completion to the courts within the time allotted by court order. Your attorney should appear, ask the court to recall the warrant, and reinstate the classes. If this has happened before, there are some courts that will jail you.

Contact the program directly as they may let you back in. However, the more likely avenue is for you to go back to court and ask for a re referral to the program.

You will need to go back to the court and have the clerk pull your file and then have your case called. You would then ask the judge to reinstate your classes and give him a good reason to do so.
