Question
Will I get jail time for an ehm conversion on a doc probation violation?
I am on a d.o.c. probation and I am facing a hearing on a violation. The violation is alcohol consumption in my home. My b.a.c. was 0.009 and I am currently out of custody because of a minor medical condition. My c.c.o. asked if I could afford e.h.m. I am just wondering if there is a jail to e.h.m. conversion on d.o.c. probation violations? I will probably get 30-60 days because it is my third violation and I know if am in custody I will get credit for good time.LawQA.com Answer Library
